El Consistori no li va pagar el treball, a causa dels problemes de cobrament que tenia dels impostos derivats de les al.legacions a l'obra de Medí Sabater. L’any 1870 s'adjudicà una rectificació de l'amillarament a l'agrimensor Pedro Moreno Ramírez, la qual fou lliurada el desembre de 1874. Aquesta nova revisió també va provocar desavinences entre el Consistori i l'agrimensor, les quals es van resoldre als tribunals de Justícia. Actualment es conserven quatre volums, amb els valors de les finques però sense la cartografia, els quals agrupen diverses partides.
